Children attend worship in church with their parents, and kindergarten-5th graders are then excused for Sunday School.
Vineyard Kids Ministry serves students Prek-5th Grade, including our littles in nursery. Our kids ministry is currently using the “God’s Unfolding Story” curriculum as well as supplemental short videos and readings from various children’s bibles based on the age of the children attending class. The God’s Unfolding Story Curriculum follows a 2 year scope & sequence taught in the context of the broader biblical story. Children who attend through the entire two-year study plan will follow God’s unfolding story from creation to heaven primarily in a chronological approach. A year is spent in the Old Testament and a year is spent in the New Testament. As much as reasonable and practical, stories are studied in their historical sequence with appropriate consideration given to Christmas and Easter stories each year.
Nursing mothers are welcome to use our newly finished Quiet Room, and our Little's Room is now open for toddlers ages 2-4 years starting at 10:15am.
